All the know-how of Père Lucien in this limited edition Bay Rum shaving soap.New formula !The soap has a supple texture and the lather is fairly easy to obtain.The latter is thick and very protective, it takes very little water to obtain an excellent layer of protection.The scent of this real ancestral soap will transport you directly to Jamaica.Without cloves, this fragrance is perfectly delicate.Made from essential oils of rose, bay leaf and St Thomas' Bay, this Bay Rum is a very old recipe revisited in the workshops of Père Lucien.It is composed of warm and woody notes that are sensual and masculine like all Père Lucien products.

A Great soap

This soap originally came to me as a gift from a friend and I fell in love with it. The Scent is very mild but it creates a great lather and the steel container is fantastic

A wonderful refined Bay Rum

One of my favorite Bay Rum Shave soaps. Love the scent which is refined and quite gentlemanly. I also love the soap tub which has a nice, retro, vintage look. This shave soap is perfect for face lathering. You have to load your brush for a good minute to minute and a half, but you're rewarded with a rich, creamy, yogurt lather. And it's part of a really fun process!

Much easier to lather than any other LPL soap (aside from the Lainess line), this is a pretty good soap. Heavy, high quality tin, and a huge 7oz pour. Much different than any US Bay Rum scent, as well.
