Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata), also commonly known as simpler's joy and wild hyssop, is a North American native belonging to the sacred verbena family. A favorite of the Druids, Vervain's long history of reverent use can also be traced back to Egypt, Greece, and Rome. Vervain is known to help quiet the mind, amplify intuition, and open the heart to magic and synchronicity. Additionally, it is an excellent plant companion for supporting:
• Healthy Stress Response and Sleep Functions
• Healthy Respiratory Function
• Healthy Kidney and Bladder Functions
Suggested use: 1/2 mL - 1mL 1-3 times per day or as needed.
Ingredients: Blue Vervain, organic cane alcohol (<50%), distilled water.
