Bubble-trouble! Our two-tone water activated liners each come included with their bes-tea refillable water brush. Let your creativi-tea brew up the perfect ombre liner look or mix the shades for a custom flavor. Available in four different tea blends. 

 

 

How To:

 

1. Fill the water brush with water and secure tightly.

2. Controlling the water flow by carefully squeezing the barrel, drip water into the pigment to saturate.

3. Slowly mix and once a creamy consistency is achieved, being to apply as desired.

4. Allow to dry before re-applying.

5. How To:

 

1. Applying the matte formula all over the lid and blending out with finger or brush.

 

2. Follow up by using the shimmer formula to apply all over the matte formula or line the upper lash line and let dry.

 

3. Build layers as desired!
